I have just come back from a walk around the mountain estate. I’ve brought aubergines, peppers and some apples for dinner. Organic produce that I’ve picked myself. With a little dedication, the estate can feed you, thanks to the pure water well in the bowels of the rock. It’s 10 hectares of landscaped mountainside, where you can walk around enjoying breathtaking views in all directions. From mountain ranges to the Mediterranean Sea.
